Finding Purpose

Life is complex. Every experience, relationship, challenge, and ambition forms part of the threads that weave together to create a meaningful life. Sometimes those threads become tangled, overwhelming, or difficult to carry alone.

Lasting calm does not come from quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Real growth begins by understanding your purpose — your “why” — and creating a life that reflects what truly matters to you.

Purpose gives direction to our goals, shapes our daily choices, and helps us live in alignment with our values. By untangling the complexities of life and thoughtfully weaving together the threads that matter most, the Weaver Way helps you create balance, clarity, and a more intentional way of living.

Defining Moments

Life brings defining moments — times when everything seems to change, and we are asked to adapt, grow, or rediscover who we are.

Life can bring many moments of change and uncertainty, and at times these experiences can feel especially significant or life-defining. This may include the pressures of GCSEs and exams, navigating A-levels and deciding what comes after school, starting a new job or moving to a new home, becoming a parent, or adjusting when children leave home. Challenges such as illness, unexpected change, uncertainty, loss, and bereavement can also have a deep emotional impact and may leave people needing additional support and understanding.

During these transitions, it is easy to feel uncertain or overwhelmed. Reconnecting with your purpose can provide clarity, direction, and a renewed sense of balance.

Sometimes, having the support of a coach can help you untangle the challenges, understand what truly matters, and move forward with confidence and intention.

Life Coaching with Philippa Weaver

I have become deeply convinced that young people, in particular, need a new way of navigating our rapidly changing world.

Today’s fast-paced, “instant” culture often fails to provide the grounding and resilience we all need. Quick fixes, fashionable life hacks, slogans, and one-size-fits-all solutions rarely create lasting change.

The Weaver Way — inspired not only by my name, but also by my parents’ frequent reminder during difficult moments that “it’s all part of life’s rich tapestry” — offers a clear, step-by-step approach for people facing uncertainty. It helps individuals reconnect with their values, develop practical skills, build momentum, and access real tools they can begin using immediately.

It is not therapy - which typically looks backwards - it is a way to move forward.

I am insured, dbs checked,  a youth mental health first aider, a life coach, a counsellor, a mum and a life long learner.  CV available on request.  I am not on any social media.

Possible Choices

You decide what is best for you to continue your journey:  a free flow client-led path, a structured seven hour programme to challenge and move you forward or maybe you just need a half day deep dive into a single issue.

Seven Hours - Follow the Weaver Way programme and take seven sessions over a few weeks to solidify your purpose for this stage of your life.

Client-led - Come with a specific issue and find the tools and clarity you need to move forward over a number of sessions.

One-off Deep Dive - Take half a day to talk through your stumbling block and find a way forward.

Young Adult and Teen Programme - Designed to safely guide a young person back to their path.

Young Adults

Teens and young adults are experiencing a world where the threads of certainty are fraying. Climate change, AI, war, and social upheaval are reshaping the pattern of the future faster than we can assimilate.

For people aged 14 and over who need space to untangle fear, strengthen resilience, rediscover motivation, and weave authenticity into their lives, the Weaver Way offers a loom for making sense of it all — helping people gather the threads of who they are and craft a future they can step into with confidence.

Free Explainer

A relaxed 15-minute session to talk about what you can expect from coaching for your young person.

Tailored Care

A tailored plan based on your young person's specific challenges and goals.

Quick Response

Waiting times are typically 14 days so your young person can move forward and changes can be seen within weeks.

Cost

The cost of Weaver Way life coaching is typically about half the cost of therapy, and is comparable to investing in a music lesson, tennis coaching session, or language class.

Coaching is not the same as therapy. Therapy typically looks backwards. It works to process past experiences and root causes — important and necessary work for some. Psychotherapists are trained professionals who support and treat mental health illness.

Coaching looks forwards. It builds practical skills, creates momentum, and gives you real tools you can start using immediately. Results are typically visible within weeks.  Life coaching fees are comparable to other professionals who teach, train and coach.

Life coaching offers a supportive space focused on helping you move forward with greater clarity, contentment, and confidence, so you can live in a way that feels most aligned with who you are and where you are in life right now.
